It can be explained in innumerable ways and yet it remain unexplained. It is something which cannot be explained, only techniques to meditate can be explained. Meditation in itself is an experiential journey into the unknown. At some point in life there is a total identification with the body and the mind developed during this life which makes us feel separated from the unity which Cosmos is. Meditation brings you back to that oneness. Life has directed me towards Osho disciples and enlightened masters Swami Akhil Saraswati & Ma Anand Divya. With them I started my experiential journey, with their blessings have come across many other masters and their various teachings, talks etc compiled in books. Though books are not knowledge but just a glimpse of it or a manifestation in parts but nonetheless they are a great way to begin and break the old etchings on the mind stuff and create new patterns. I have loved movies and tried to learn something from them. Sometimes pure enjoyment! I have found movies to be a great way of thinking differently and joggle the mental beliefs. In order to give some direction and a taste I am providing herewith a list of websites, books and movies. These are the ones I have experienced and putting forward in order to share the same.
